Report: Everton interested in Inter Milan midfielder Joao Mario
Everton are reportedly considering a move for Inter Milan midfielder Joao Mario, who previously had a loan spell in English football with West Ham.
, the Toffees and Monaco have both eyed the Serie A enforcer.
The report details that this season is set to be his last at the San Siro and he could cost just £13.8million to prize away in the summer.
Mario spent the second half of the 2017/18 campaign on loan with West Ham, scoring twice in 14 games across all competitions.
The Portugal international is a central midfielder that is a technical player on the ball and is often used in a more advanced role.

TBR’s View:
Mario hasn’t quite lived up to the hype since his move to Inter and he’s made just 22 appearances across all competitions this season.
The 26-year-old needs a fresh move to get his career back on track and he showed in glimpse during his loan in England that the Premier League could be a good fit.
He provides energy and work-rate in the centre of the park, which his minimal valuation could be worth a punt.
With his Inter exit looking likely, Everton could find a potential gem in Mario and give him a platform to succeed at Goodison Park.
He would increase competition in the centre of the park for the Merseyside club and offer a goal threat from midfield if he can get back to his best.
