Report: Everton could consider letting Fabian Delph leave on loan

Everton are willing to consider loaning out Fabian Delph this summer, .

The 30-year-old has played a peripheral role for Carlo Ancelotti’s men so far this term. He is yet to feature in the Premier League. And his only minutes came in the Carabao Cup win at Fleetwood Town in midweek.

Ancelotti has put together an outstanding unit in the middle of the park. And Delph is one of those who looks set to suffer – unless he can secure a move away.

that Everton are prepared to loan Delph out before the window closes. It is noted however, that his wages may prove problematic for any club keen on signing the England international.

, those wages are £80,000-a-week. So it may well seem a gamble for many to make a move even if they are keen on signing Delph.

Any admirer could perhaps benefit should Everton want to bolster their own squad before the window shuts.

It would be better for the Toffees to offload Delph and cover some of his wages than hold onto him if he is not going to play.

Freeing up any space on the wage bill could be beneficial at this stage of the window. So it remains to be seen if any club wants to make an offer for Delph as the deadline looms.
