Report: Dortmund will challenge Tottenham in race for Dean Henderson
According to, Borussia Dortmund want to sign Manchester United stopper Dean Henderson this summer, in a challenge to Tottenham’s own interest.
Henderson has seen his game time limited to just the cup competitions this season in the main. Despite impressing with Sheffield United last term, the England man has made just three Premier League appearances this season.

It is widely believed that United will allow one of Henderson or David De Gea to move on in the summer. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has a big decision to make, especially given De Gea has made a few high profile errors in the last 12 months.
Henderson is to be attracting admiring glances from the likes of Chelsea and Spurs. However, now claim that Dortmund are also interested in signing the confident young stopper.
One sticking point for any potential suitor could be Henderson’s wages. It is he is on around £120k-a-week at Old Trafford, after signing a big-money extended contract just last year.

Spurs are also said to be keen on fellow England stopper, Nick Pope. The claiming today that a £30m deal may be on the cards.
TBR View: Henderson or Pope? Both would be fine for Tottenham
Nick Pope is probably the more established Premier League stopper but Dean Henderson is a confident and capable young goalkeeper who has also proven his worth.
He was exceptional for Sheffield United last season and has looked sturdy at times this season, albeit with the odd error thrown in.
For Spurs, both keepers would cut the mustard. Both are fighting for the England number one jersey, and both will be desperate to succeed at the very highest level possible.
