Report: Conte wants Tottenham to sign ‘special’ player who snubbed their life-changing offer in January
Tottenham want to sign Adama Traore from Wolves in the summer transfer window after missing out in January.
The report that the Wolves flier is back on Antonio Conte’s agenda ahead of the market opening again next month.
Spurs apparently made Traore a life-changing contract offer in January but he chose to go back to his former club Barcelona on loan.
But it seems far from guaranteed that he will move to the Nou Camp permanently, and their financial issues are well known.

Tottenham want Traore again
Their report reads: “Tottenham have already started making firm enquiries for players as they look to fully back Conte’s vision.
“Wolves forward Adama Traore, who snubbed Tottenham for a loan to Barcelona in January, is re-emerging as a target.“
Traore could also go into Conte’s side as a right wing-back, using his pace and power effectively off that flank.
Adama has outstanding attributes but has never full worked out a way to use them to their full capacity, in terms of a role in the side and goals and assists.

Spurs have Champions League football coming next season, which could sway Traore’s decision, but they don’t really need another transfer saga.
They have other options, including Djed Spence of Middlesbrough, who is also named in the report.
and we are still waiting to see where his next move will be and whether he can finally make good on his potential.
