Report: Club ready to enter talks in £10m pursuit of midfielder, Arsenal and West Ham monitor ‘closely’
Spartak Moscow are reportedly willing to enter talks to try sign Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara, amid interest from the likes of Arsenal and West Ham.
According to , Russian outfit Spartak are reigniting previous interest in the 25-year-old.
They were reportedly keen on the Finland international last year and are now willing to make a £10million swoop for him. Spartak are ready to open talks for the all-action central midfielder, plus Rangers’ recent Champions league exit is encouraging them.
In addition, Premier League clubs Arsenal, West Ham, Newcastle United and Watford are still monitoring him “closely” after links during this window.
Apparently, Kamara could treble his wages if he makes a move to Russia.
He’s been an integral part of Steven Gerrard’s side since his move to Ibrox in 2019. He would leave a massive hole because of how much he offers both in and out of possession.

Glen Kamara good enough for big summer move
For Rangers, they know this summer may be a time to cash in on Kamara given he’s got just two years remaining on his contract with them.
He’s the engine in the Gers midfield that is full of running and intensity for 90 minutes.
It would be intriguing to see how he fares in the Premier League because Scottish Premiership stars are often underrated.
Arsenal could do with another combative option in the centre of the park. Meanwhile, West Ham’s squad is in desperate need of filling out due to a serious lack of depth.
