Report claims Leeds are plotting £15m bid for Bournemouth’s Lewis Cook
Leeds United are planning to make a £15 million bid for Bournemouth midfielder Lewis Cook, .
The Whites seem to have been linked with a number of former players during the early stages of the summer. So it will come as little surprise to many that Cook has now been linked with a return to Elland Road.

that the Cherries could let the midfielder leave during this window following their relegation.
And it is suggested that Leeds are preparing a £15 million bid for the 23-year-old, who made 85 appearances for the Whites before leaving for £6 million in 2016.

TBR View: Leeds may not need to make Cook move, but deal could also prove masterstroke
There are likely to be plenty of Leeds fans who feel conflicted about the possibility of signing Cook this summer.
Since his departure, there have been plenty of glimpses of the player he looked destined to be when he burst into the Leeds first-team.
However, things have not always gone to plan for the youngster since his move. He has only made more than 14 league starts in a single season once since leaving.
And with Leeds arguably looking reasonably strong in the middle of the park, some may be reluctant to see £15 million of their budget spent on another option.
But Cook is an England international, who offers versatility and ability in abundance. And if he puts his previous injury issues behind him, he could be an incredible signing for Marcelo Bielsa’s side during this window.
If he realises his potential, £15 million will quickly look like a bargain.
