Report claims Everton ‘yet to commit’ on Che Adams so will they regret it?
The turmoil at Birmingham City this week could continue with the exit of a star player following Garry Monk’s shock sacking. Che Adams looks likely to be on his way to Southampton. Southampton are in pole position to sign the forward in the coming days for a fee in the region of £14 million.
They also mention Everton’s interest in the player.n
The report claims that Everton have watched Adams in action but ‘are yet to commit’ on a move for the player.
It looks like Everton are now too late with Adams looking likely to become a Southampton player.

So could Everton live to regret their inaction?
There is every chance that Adams can go on to become a top Premier League star. Everton will, however, feel they have equally talented young attacking talents in the form of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Ademola Lookman and Kieran Dowell that negated the need to spend big on Adams.
With players of David Neres’ calibre being mentioned as Everton transfer targets, it is perhaps a higher calibre standard of player Everton are looking to bring in this summer.
Will they live to regret not pushing for Adams? Only time will tell. But if they can bring in a far bigger name not many Everton fans will have a complaint.
