Report claims Everton have made improved offer for Napoli midfielder Allan
Everton’s long lingering interest in Napoli midfielder Allan has another development, with reports in Italy suggesting the Toffees have now tabled an offer for the player.
Everton have been linked with a move for the Brazilian for the past few months, as Carlo Ancelotti is a huge fan of the player from his time at the Stadio San Paolo.
Now, , as Everton have raised their initial offer for the player. The offer on the table from the Toffees is now said to total €38 million (£34.6m). It is also suggested that Everton have agreed the player’s wages, with Allan set to make €4.7 million (£4.3m) a year over the next three seasons. That would equate to a rough weekly wage of around £90,000-a-week for the 29-year-old.

It is suggested this deal is likely favourable to the Italian side and Everton might finally be about to get a hold of their long-term transfer target.
Allan is considered a potentially valuable recruit for Everton, who have been severely lacking in combative midfielders this season.
Fabian Delph and Jean-Philippe Gbamin were set to offset the departure of Idrissa Gana Gueye, but both players have spent most of the season on the injury table.
Allan would be an expensive, but able solution to that problem, and it now appears as though Everton are closing in on a potential deal for the player.
