Report: Burnley set to make Robin Quaison bid; Spurs interest hinted
Burnley are planning to make an £8 million bid for Robin Quaison, that Tottenham Hotspur have also had the Swede on their radar.
Quaison enjoyed his best campaign to date last season. He scored 13 goals with Mainz in the Bundesliga. And the 26-year-old has already opened his account for this term with a goal in the cup.

And it appears that he could soon be offered the chance to move to the Premier League.
that Burnley plan to make an £8 million offer for the attacking midfielder. It is suggested that his release clause is set at £14 million, but the Clarets are hoping to land him for less.

Interestingly, the Mail has also suggested that Spurs have taken a look at Quaison. It remains to be seen however, if Jose Mourinho’s side have any interest in making a bid during the remaining weeks of the window.
Quaison would arguably be a shrewd signing for many Premier League sides. He reached double figures for goals last season. But he is also incredibly versatile.
He predominantly plays as a second striker for Mainz, but he has also played out on the left-wing. But during his career, he has played on both flanks, in central midfield, and as a striker.
So for £8 million, he could arguably prove to be a real bargain if Burnley have a bid accepted.
And it will be interesting to see if there is any reaction from North London. It is not clear whether he remains on their list of targets or is high on their list of priorities.
But given his potential asking price, Tottenham will surely be tempted to discuss making a move before he joins one of their Premier League rivals.
