Report: Benfica pull out of Robin Koch race but Leeds United still keen
Leeds United remain keen on a move for Robin Koch of SC Freiburg,
The report claims Benfica’s apparent interest in the player has come to an end. The Portuguese giants cannot afford his reported asking price which, , is in the region of €12 million (£10.6m)
However, the report goes on to suggest that Leeds United, along with Tottenham and others, are still keen on a move for the German international.
Leeds United have been linked with the player ever since director of football Victor Orta let slip to that the club had been scouting him.

Koch would be a potentially perfect replacement for Ben White, with the Brighton loanee expected to be given a first-team chance at the Amex next season.
The 6ft 3ins German star can play both at centre-back and defensive midfield, meaning he would be a perfect alternative should Leeds lose the loanee.
It appears that Leeds are not ready to give up on what would be a marquee signing if they do get promoted to the Premier League.
With Benfica now dropping out of the race, the battle to sign him has just gotten a little easier.
