Aston Villa have now decided that they are willing to listen to offers for Wesley Moraes, .
It has been a tough time for the Brazilian since arriving at Villa Park. He scored five goals in 21 games before injury brought a premature end to his first season in the Premier League.
The 24-year-old missed the large majority of the last campaign. But he did manage to make three substitute appearances for Dean Smith’s side before its conclusion.
However, it now seems that he may not get the chance to make many more.

It has been an incredibly busy summer for the Villans. They added Danny Ings to their ranks as it became apparent that Jack Grealish was leaving.
Wesley meanwhile, was sent off during a pre-season friendly with Stoke. Obviously, that would have done little for his hopes of more game-time.

If Villa receive a significant bid, selling Wesley will make a lot of sense to many. He was not having the best time before spending well over a year on the sidelines with injury.
But it is because of those issues that a loan move may be better for Villa.
It is asking a lot to expect a side to offer a considerable amount in this window. Most clubs are strapped for cash.
And Villa would surely love to recoup as much of the £21 million they spent as possible.
A loan move would make Wesley a more attractive proposition for many. And that would present the striker with the opportunity to prove himself once again.
A good spell would see his value increase ahead of next summer. So perhaps Villa should also welcome temporary offers.
