Aston Villa could be offered three-time Champions League winner as PSG step up Jhon Duran pursuit
Aston Villa are facing a big fight to keep hold of Jhon Duran this month but they could now be offered a Champions League winning midfielder as part of a mega-money deal.
Duran ♏has become a man in-demand after his explosive form for Villa this season where he’s very much become the modern day super-sup behind Ollie Watkins.
ඣHowever, Duran is believed to be keen on playing more regularly and a host of clubs are keen on him.
♛TBR Football exclusively revealed Saudi Arabian interest in Duran, while West Ham tried their luck in signing Duran with a big-money bid.
🍸But now, it looks like it’s PSG who are pushing the hardest for Duran and they could offer Villa a big carrot to tempt them into a deal.

PSG could offer Marco Asensio to Aston Villa to sign Jhon Duran
🍸According to a report from , PSG are now considered the team pushing hardest to sign Duran.
♏Villa do not want to sell the Colombian but it’s claimed that the French giants could offer around £70m for Duran, and throw in Marco Asensio for good measure.
ꦍAsensio won the Champions League three-times with Real Madrid and got his hands on the Ligue 1 title last season as well.
𝐆However, he has dipped down the pecking order under Luis Enrique and he is one of the players being considered as a make-weight in any deal for Duran.
♐Newcastle and Villa have already shown interest in Asensio🌊 this month, meaning any offer with him included for Duran is likely to perk Villa’s interest.
Asensio experience can help Aston Villa
꧅With Villa now a team looking at the top four every year under Unai Emery, it’s imperative they have players who have been there and done it.
🌠In Marco Asensio, they’d be getting a player who ticks those boxes but at 29, he still has plenty of life left in the tank as well.
🌸Of course, losing a young talent like Jhon Duran is not ideal but if Villa get Asensio and big money as part of the deal, then it’s hard to say no.
ꦗWith a week until the window closes, it will be interesting to see if PSG do follow through on this and ultimately tempt Villa into doing business.
