Report: Aston Villa agree personal terms with Matty Cash
Aston Villa have moved a step closer to signing Matty Cash, that the Nottingham Forest star has agreed personal terms with the Villans.
A number of Premier League sides have shown interest in Cash. As noted by The Independent, Sheffield United had a £10 million bid rejected, while West Ham have also monitored the 23-year-old.

But it looks set to be Aston Villa who win the race for his signature.
that Villa are confident of signing Cash in a deal that is worth £15 million shortly.

And it is suggested that Cash’s representatives have already agreed personal terms with Villa.
TBR View: Villa fans will want Cash move to be catalyst for more
It has been a quiet start to the summer for Villa. Dean Smith is yet to strengthen his first-team during this window.
The Villans will be wary of standing still in the market after narrowly avoiding relegation last season.
So landing Cash will certainly appear to be a step in the right direction. Cash has been superb for Forest, and is capable of playing in a number of roles.
The fans will surely want to see a few more arrive before the season starts. But seeing off competition for Cash is certainly a positive sign.
