Report: Arteta wants to repeat Odegaard trick at Arsenal with £30m Real Madrid player

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta believes he can get Luka Jovic scoring again, according to .

The Gunners are in dire need of bolstering their ranks at the end of the season, particularly up front.

Arsenal have just two senior strikers in their ranks at present, and both are out of contract in summer.

In addition, both Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah have struggled in recent weeks.

Arsenal’s hopes of a Premier League top-four finish currently hang by a thread in wake of their squad issues.

Therefore, they’ll need to bring in several new players if they are to kick on next term.

Jovic has been linked with Arsenal for a while now, and football.london has repeated claims the Gunners want him.

They then sold him to Real that summer for a reported 60million euro (£53million at the time).

However, Jovic is surplus to requirements at the Bernabeu and hasn’t started a single La Liga game this term.
