Report: Arsenal to submit official offer for £40m-rated 23-year-old after Euro 2020
Arsenal will reportedly make an official bid for Sheffield United keeper Aaron Ramsdale after Euro 2020.
, the Gunners have identified the England international as a potential long-term replacement for Bernd Leno. The Arsenal no. 1 has two years remaining on his current deal.

As per the report, the Blades value Ramsdale at £40m this summer. The youngster joined Sheffield United last year from AFC Bournemouth for a fee of £18.5m.
Ramsdale started every match last season under Chris Wilder. The South Yorkshire side finished rock bottom of the Premier League table, conceding the fourth-most goals in the division during the campaign.
Arsenal are keen on Ajax star Andre Onana. However, suggest the Gunners have missed the chance to sign the Cameroonian international. The shot-stopper now wants to stay with the Dutch giants for next season.
Arsenal should only turn to Ramsdale as last resort
With Leno seemingly on the way out of Arsenal, a new goalkeeper will have to be signed this summer should the German depart.
Yet whilst Ramsdale has shown glimpses of quality for both Bournemouth and Sheffield United, the 23-year-old should be an emergency option for the Gunners in the market.
With a £40m price tag and a starting keeper for two relegated sides in the Premier League, Arsenal will be over-paying hugely for Ramsdale this year if they decide to bid for the Blades no. 1.
