Report: Arsenal to make ‘decisive’ £28m bid for talent; Arteta has been chasing him all summer
Arsenal will make one last offer to Sheffield United for England international Aaron Ramsdale.

With Bernd Leno likely to move on next summer, a new goalkeeper could be needed at the Emirates. And the Blades number one appears to be the main target for the Gunners.

Whilst Arsenal could do with a goalkeeper, it is hardly a pressing need in the squad, even when you take into account the club’s 2-0 loss to Brentford on Friday.
With a lack of creativity and attacking intent in the final third, supporters could raise some serious questions towards Arteta and the board if neither positions are strengthened. Whilst £28m is spent to bring in a second-choice goalkeeper.
