Report: Arsenal set sights on £26m right-back who Reece James could ‘pick up a thing or two from’
Arsenal have quite a bit of strengthening to do in the summer transfer window.
Centre-forward is obviously the priority, but there are other areas the Gunners must bolster.
While Mohamed Elneny has penned a new Arsenal contract, they could still do with strength in depth in midfield.
Likewise, there’s certainly scope to bring in competition and cover for Takehiro Tomiyasu at right-back.
Arsenal have been linked with Udinese’s Nahuel Molina in recent weeks, and he looks like a good shout for the Gunners.
According to , the 24-year-old is ‘highly appreciated’ in the Premier League by the likes of Arsenal.
Molina is also on Atletico Madrid’s radar, with Diego Simeone having reportedly spoken to the player already.

However, Los Colchoneros must sell first before they can buy, added Di Marzio’s report.
And Udinese are apparently keen on exploring markets outside Italy, which would give Arsenal a boost.
They reportedly value their player at 30m euro, or around £26m.
Molina has enjoyed a superb 2021-22 campaign, registering eight goals and five assists from 37 Zebrette outings.
He has also won 15 caps for Argentina, winning the Copa America last summer.
Molina has finished the season as the highest-scoring defender in Europe’s ‘big five’ leagues.
“So many players in my position that I study”
Earlier this month, conducted an interview with the 24-year-old.
He revealed his admiration for the likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Reece James.
“There are so many players in my position that I study,” said Molina.
“But probably Trent Alexander-Arnold and Reece James more than most
“But, in Serie A, I also really like watching Theo Hernandez and Ivan Perisic.
“There are a lot of great attacking full-backs out there but I really like those four.
“I watch them to see what I can take from them and put in my own game.
“I’m always thinking what I can do to take another step forward, both offensively and defensively.”
The outlet then wrote: “Dare we say it, though, the likes of Alexander-Arnold and James might even pick up a thing or two from Molina, at least when it comes to finishing.”
