Report: Arsenal open to letting Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette leave this summer

Arsenal are likely to be open to offers for both Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette in the summer, .

The Gunners are heading into another crucial window after a mixed first full season under Mikel Arteta. There hav💯e defiꦏnitely been some encouraging signs, but it would be no surprise to see some players leave.

Arsenal moved a number of players on in January. And it appears that further departures are on the 🐻cards in the coming months.

, both Lacazette and Nketiah are into the final 18 months of their contracts at the Emirates. And it is claimed that Arsenal are likely to be open to l🍃etting both leave in the summer.

The suggestion that both could leave may divide supporters. Nketiah is still only 21 and has only made three Prem🅷ier League starts this term.

However, it does appear that he has struggled to kick on. There was plenty of hope about the youngster when he returned from his loan spell at Leeds last season.🥂 But he🌳 has not quite grasped the chance.

Lacaze𒐪tte meanwhile, is still Ars💜enal’s joint top goalscorer this term. The Frenchman has eight goals in the top flight. And he was arguably one of the players who helped inspire the Gunners’ turnaround after Christmas.

But he is on around £182,000-a-week, . And it🍸 would potentially be a gamble to keep him into the final year of his deal. So perhaps it would be smart to consider any significant offers that do come in.

It should be noted that the report 💦does not close the door on either player staying next season by any means. They are simply likely to be open to letting them move on.

While that does not mean that they will go, it would perhaps hint that both men are unlikely to be offered a new 𝓀contract – or they certainly▨ have a lot to do to earn fresh terms as things stand.
