Report: Arsenal now very close to signing ‘incredible’ player, big bid incoming
Arsenal are closing in on the signing of Gabriel Jesus from Manchester City.
That is what the are reporting, with Arsenal expected to make a fresh bid which gets closer to City’s valuation soon.
The Premier League champions want £50 million for Jesus, despite the fact that his current contract has just one year to run.
Arsenal are apparently increasingly confident that a deal will get done, after talks over the signing have been ongoing for months.

Arsenal closing in on Jesus
The report says Brazilian forward wants to join Arsenal, despite the fact that they missed out on Champions League football.
And Mikel Arteta has made the man he knows well from his time at City his priority striking target going into the summer.
Eddie Nketiah will be the backup hitman for Jesus as Arsenal look to improve their goalscoring woes which plagued them last term.

Jesus really would be a fantastic signing for Arsenal. The 25-year-old, branded as ‘incredible’ by Pep Guardiola, is perfect for Arteta’s system.
Alexandre Lacazette has now vacated the number nine jersey and given that is the one Jesus wears at City, it is easy to see him taking over that slot.
The recent international fixtures may have slowed the momentum of transfer talks, but it seems Arsenal have pushed ahead with their Jesus pursuit.
That is seemingly about to bear fruit, with Arteta getting the top choice of number nine he wants.
