Report: Arsenal now set sights on ‘world-class’ Vlahovic alternative, he wants to prove himself in England
Arsenal suffered huge disappointment on Tuesday as Dusan Vlahovic snubbed the Gunners in favour of Juventus.
Now, Arsenal will have to turn their attentions elsewhere.
According to one report, the Gunners could soon be moving for one of Vlahovic’s Serbia teammates.

Arsenal may consider a loan deal for him as a potential back-up option, reported the outlet.
The Gunners are believed to be admirers of Jovic’s link-up play and finishing ability.
However, Arsenal harbour some concerns about his defensive work-rate, added the report.
The 24-year-old has not started in La Liga this season after being sent out on loan for the second half of 2020-21.
And according to , Jovic is apparently keen to prove himself in England.
Arsenal target Jovic – the story so far
Jovic came through the ranks at Red Star Belgrade and made his professional debut in 2014 aged just 16.
It wasn’t long before he was on the move, joining Benfica in 2016.
Jovic then linked up with Eintracht Frankfurt on an initial loan deal in June 2017.
The Serbia international made a name for himself at the German club, scoring 27 goals in 47 appearances in 2018-19.
Frankfurt had taken up the option to sign Jovic permanently in April 2019.

They then sold him to Real Madrid that summer for a reported 60million euro (£53million).
However, Jovic has struggled at the Bernabeu, with just three goals and four assists from 47 competitive appearances.
He spent the second half of 2020-21 back on loan in Frankfurt, registering four goals and two assists from 18 appearances.
Jovic has also won 20 caps for Serbia, registering seven goals for his nation.

Just a few years ago, Jovic was one of the hottest properties in European football.
Former Frankfurt manager Adi Hutter him as “a world-class striker who brings extraordinary ability” in February 2021.
Sadly things haven’t gone to plan at Real, but this does not mean he’s become a worse player – sometimes this happens.
Jovic is in real need of a change of scenery, and Arsenal could offer him an opportunity to kickstart his career.
