However, The Sun claims 🔯that it 🗹is unlikely to be enough, with Arsenal offering a greater amount in add-ons. Ajax expect any club to get much closer to the price before they let him go in this window.

Arsenal made improved third Lisandro Martinez bid

Arsenal are clearly not too far away🔜 from meeting Martinez’s asking price. And therefore, you would imagine that there 𝓡may well be a breakthrough in talks at some stage in the coming weeks.

Martinez would be an exciting signing for the Gunners. He is predominantly a centre-back. But he would also be 💞able to play on the left and provide cover and competition for Kieran Tierney.

And reports this week have claimed that they also view Martinez🌱 as a potential option to push forward into midfield. So he would help🐽 address the depth in 🍷a number of areas in the Arsenal squad.

Obviously, Arsenal will have a figure in mind at which they value Martinez. And they will be wary of overpaying when centre-back probably is not ♒a priority right now.

But clearly, they admire Martinez greatly. And the two clubs aꩲre seemingly not that far apart𒁏 at this stage.
