Report: Arsenal and Celtic target Josh Doig attracts £4m bid from Watford
Celtic and Arsenal have perhaps been given encouragement to act, that one Premier League side are preparing a second bid for Josh Doig after seeing a first offer knocked back.
Doig is attracting a lot of high-profile attention after bursting onto the scene with Hibernian.

According to The Scottish Sun, the 19-year-old is wanted by the likes of Leicester and Chelsea, as well as the Hoops and the Gunners.
But it is another top-flight side that seem to have made the most substantial move yet.
The report claims that Watford have seen a bid worth up to £4 million rejected by Hibs. It is noted that the offer included an initial £2.5 million fee.

The Hornets are not done however. , they are expected to return with an improved bid.
It has previously been claimed that the Scottish Premiership side want £5 million for the teenager.
Arsenal should act after Watford see Josh Doig bid rejected – fans will be disappointed if they miss out
It remains to be seen if Celtic are willing to go near that sort of figure for Doig.
Ange Postecoglou arguably has much more pressing concerns with his Parkhead squad. And with Greg Taylor in the ranks, he may feel spending around £5 million on Doig is not a priority.
Arsenal however, should surely act after hearing of Watford’s bid – particularly with their training ground neighbours preparing a new offer.
Several Gunners fans insisted that the club should pay the money when it was previously suggested that his asking price was £5 million.
If Sead Kolasinac leaves, Mikel Arteta needs cover for Kieran Tierney.
And while he may want more experienced cover, the list of clubs chasing Doig highlights what a talent he is threatening to be.
