Report: Antonio Rudiger set to meet with Tottenham boss Antonio Conte
A meeting between Antonio Conte and Antonio Rudiger has been scheduled, that Tottenham Hotspur are one of three sides still in the running for the centre-back.
Rudiger is set to leave Chelsea this summer. His contract at Stamford Bridge expires at the end of the season. And the Blues are not currently in a position to renew his deal.
Sport reports that Barcelona met his agent about a move. However, they are no longer in the running due to his demands. In fact, only three sides are still fighting for the Germany international’s signature.
Paris Saint-Germain want Rudiger. Meanwhile, Manchester United have made an important offer. But it would appear that Spurs are the third side interested in a deal.

It seems that Conte now has a fantastic opportunity to sell Tottenham to Rudiger in the weeks ahead.
Obviously, he will still not come cheap. Players are using their contract statuses to secure more lucrative terms at their next clubs.
But Tottenham need further quality at the heart of their backline. And Rudiger would unquestionably bring that to the ranks.
