Report: £77k-a-week attacker open to joining Tottenham if Levy appoints Sarri
that Lorenzo Insigne’s future at the Serie A giants could be determined by the future of manager Maurizio Sarri – amid reports that Tottenham and Roma are interested.
Sarri, 62, is out of work since leaving Juventus last summer despite winning the 2019-20 Serie A title. He also reached the Coppa Italia final, but was replaced by Andrea Pirlo and has remained without a club since then.
Still considered a legend during his time with Napoli after 98 wins in 148 games with Insigne’s side, Sarri is now a target for both Spurs and Roma. say he wants a two-year deal, that is worth up to £75,000 a week.
Bargiggia has now claimed that Insigne could choose his new club, based on where Sarri next moves and that both Spurs and Roma appeal to him. It is also claimed that Aurelio De Laurentiis wants £26million for his signature.

“De Laurentiis’ request for Insigne is €30million (£26million), however that could be reduced to €20million/€25million (£17.5million/£21.8million). The future of Insigne could be determined by Sarri,”
The journalist continued: “The offensive winger has a great relationship with the manager and would be willing to follow him to Roma or Tottenham this summer. At the moment, there are no concrete facts yet.”
TBR’s view – Insigne would be a stunning signing for Tottenham
With Gareth Bale struggling to get going and failing to meet pre-season hopes of a breathtaking front three of Bale, Harry Kane and Son Heung-min – a right-winger could be required, especially if Bale returns to Real Madrid.
Bringing in Insigne, who has 26 goal involvements this season – 17 goals, and nine assists – would give Spurs the answer on the right flank. If they can keep Kane and Son, and combine him with Insigne, then it is a no-brainer.
claim his wages are worth just £77,000 a week.
