Liverpool attacker Sadio Mane is reportedly open to a move to La Liga, with the forward’s contract expiring in 2023.

, the Senegalese international has always had a childhood dream of one day playing in Spain, with the report stating that Mane would be open to a move if a Real Madrid or FC Barcelona came knocking.

The attacker is yet to sign a new contract with Liverpool as the club remain focussed on signing Mohamed Salah down to a fresh deal, with the Egyptian attacker the top scorer in the Premier League this season and arguably the best player in world football on current form.

Indeed, with Liverpool also signing Luis Diaz this January from FC Porto, it appears that the Merseyside club are already making preparations for Mane’s departure next year, with La Liga in the 29-year-old’s sights.

, Mane has been instrumental in Liverpool’s ascent to the top of European football, with the winger key to the Reds’ UEFA Champions League and Premier League triumphs in recent years.

And now, as per Goal, Mane has his sights set on a new challenge away from Anfield in La Liga, where the attacker will no doubt be an alluring target for many of Spain’s top clubs.

The Liverpool star has been a menace in the Premier League ever since he arrived with Southampton in 2014, and in 2023, Mane could take his talents to La Liga, where he will no doubt be a sensation in Spain.

A division that is slightly slower than the Premier League, Mane could dominate La Liga if he can win a move to the European powerhouse come to the end of his contract in 2023.
