London battle
that both clubs are interested in landing the Chelsea central defender, who is valued at £25 million ().
And the latest update could make positive reading for Tottenham and West Ham in the sense that Zouma wants to stick in the capital.

Premier League experience
Zouma has fallen out of favour at Chelsea in recent times, but he could offer Premier League experience to either of the interested parties.
Zouma’s aerial ability also makes him a big threat in both boxes, and his potency from corners for Chelsea last season was a big asset.

Both West Ham and Tottenham could benefit from bringing another defender in this summer.
Spurs have landed Cristian Romero, but doubts exist over all their other options at the back.
West Ham, meanwhile, really need to add depth – as they look to compete in both Europe and domestically this term.
