Report: 25-year-old only willing to leave club for Arsenal after Arteta intervenes
Arthur is only willing to leave Juventus during the January transfer window if he is going to end up at Arsenal, following an intervention from Mikel Arteta, .
Arthur has been linked with a move to the Emirates for a little while. The Gunners certainly cannot let the window pass without signing a new central midfielder.
