Report: 25-year-old eyes January move from Tottenham
Harry Winks is hoping to leave Tottenham Hotspur during the January transfer window, that he wants to go out on loan.
What’s the story?
Winks has endured a frustrating start to the season with Nuno Espirito Santo’s men. He has only featured in two Premier League games this term, with one of those being a one-minute cameo against Wolves.

Oliver Skipp has certainly jumped ahead of the 25-year-old since his return from his loan spell at Norwich.
And it now appears that Winks’s thoughts have already turned to the January transfer window.
, Winks wants to leave on loan. He is open to moving abroad to secure game-time.

The report notes that Everton, Aston Villa and Brighton all wanted Winks in the summer. So it will be interesting to see if any Premier League sides come calling when the winter window opens.
Harry Winks facing absolutely crucial spell in Tottenham career if he secures loan
It does appear that Winks is going to struggle to establish himself as a first-team regular again at Tottenham.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is actually only a few months older than Winks. And of course, Skipp looks set to be around for some time to come.
A loan move may therefore, perhaps be a last throw of the dice. If he cannot impress while away from North London, Spurs are surely going to have to consider cashing in in the summer.
The good news for Winks is there will surely be a host of sides interested in taking him for the second-half of the campaign.
