Romano told his YouTube channel: “There is no doubt that peopleღ internally at Real Madrid see William Sali⭕ba as a superstar, a fantastic defender.

“At Real Madrid, they see him as one of the best defenders in the world and some see him a♐s the Bellingham of the defenders. A top player for now and the future – a player who can be perfect to build their future around.”

Arsenal’s strong stance on selling William Saliba to Real Madrid

However, Arsenal will certainly put up a strong resistance to keep Saliba, who they paid for back in 2019, as Mikel Arteta is desperate to continue with himಌ at the heart of hiꦫs defence.

Saliba will have 🐻two years left on his contract in the summer which expires in June 2027 and the Gunners will need to assess ♏whether he will commit to a new one.

“But we have to remember Mikel Arteta🐎 and the club see William Saliba as a crucial part of this project, the contract is still long and they are absolutely insisting on their plan to continue with William Saliba,” added Romano.

“Real Madrid’s appreciation is there for sure, but as of today, nothing ﷽has started as of club-to-club contact and Arsenal will not make life easy for any club interested in William Saliba.”
