A number of Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts on the report linking the Gunners with Andre Silva.
According to , Mikel Arteta has earmarked the Eintracht Frankfurt striker as a potential replacement for Alexandre Lacazette this summer.
Lacazette has less than 18 months remaining on his Arsenal contract, so speculation over his future is never far away.
reported last week that Ligue 1 side Monaco are watching developments closely to see if the Frenchman could be allowed to leave the Emirates in the summer.
In case Lacazette leaves, then reckons Arsenal will look to Silva as an alternative.
The Portugal international signed permanently for Eintracht Frankfurt from AC Milan last September and has been superb for the Bundesliga side.
In just 21 league appearances, Silva has registered an impressive 19 goals and three assists, as well as one goal and two assists in the German Cup.
The 25-year-old, whose contract runs until 2023, recently told O Jogo he believes his transfer value stands at 30m Euro (£26million).
