Rangers will only be letting Alfredo Morelos leave Ibrox this summer if their valuation of around £15m is met by potentials suitors.
Steven Gerrard is in no big rush to move Morelos on, and sees the striker as key for the Gers going forward. Gerrard is said to want the Colombian to stay at Ibrox to fire Rangers to more trophies.
Recent interest from Porto has been knocked back by the Rangers board, with the club apparently turning down around £10m.

And have claimed this week that Rangers will only entertain selling Morelos, should a bid in the region of £15m come their way.
That was the figure that, according to the Lille were prepared to pay for Morelos last summer. Of course, the striker stayed put and helped Rangers to the title.
It also adds that unlike last summer, there is no longer a queue of clubs lining up for Morelos. That, of course, makes a deal even less likely as things stand.
Goals galore
Despite not hitting the heights of the season prior, Morelos still scored 17 times for Rangers last season.
Replacing that sort of output is not easy, especially in Scotland. The Gers do get the pick of the best of the rest along with Celtic north of the border. But replacing Morelos is no easy task.
He hit 29 the season before last. Indeed, despite the odd difference with Steven Gerrard, the Gers boss does rate him highly.
“It’s fantastic for him from a personal point of view. Alfredo’s a top class player, a top class goalscorer, and it’s fantastic that he’s still here,” Gerrard said
Digging their heels and getting good value for money, then, is exactly what Rangers need to be doing here.
