Rangers star reacts to Stuart Dallas’ display in Leeds draw with one word
Steven Davis has labelled Stuart Dallas a machine as the Rangers star responded to the Leeds United stalwart’s Instagram post following the Whites’ 1-1 draw with Liverpool at Elland Road on Monday.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side secured a result the large majority of football seemed happy with. Diego Llorente’s late header earned Leeds a point against the Reds.

The goal came after a superb second-half display from the home side. And one of those who stepped up was Dallas.
The Northern Irishman was handed a tough task as he looked to play his part in stifling Liverpool’s exceptional midfield trio. And his challenge was made no easier by an early yellow card.

But Dallas went from strength to strength. And Leeds got their rewards for their improvement with their late goal.
Dallas took to social media following the game to comment on the result and send a message to all those who had wished him well on his 30th birthday.
And amongst those to reply was his countryman Davis. His response probably summed up what a lot of fans made of Dallas’s performance…

If any player is entitled to call another a machine, it is surely Davis. The Gers midfielder continues to prove to be one of the Scottish Premiership’s finest players despite turning 36 at the start of the year.
At this stage, you would not bet against Dallas enjoying the same sort of longevity. He has impressed in a pivotal role against both Manchester City and Liverpool.
And in a year where several teammates have been outstanding, Dallas is threatening to stroll towards the Player of the Season award.
