Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara has told that Sunday’s defeat to Celtic is the biggest heartache of his career so far.
The Light Blues were beaten 1-0 by the Hoops in the League Cup Final at Hampden Park.
Christopher Julien netted the only goal of the game, with Alfredo Morelos missing a penalty after Jeremie Frimpong had been dismissed.
Kamara played 71 minutes of the final and he says that losing was tough to take.

During his interview ahead of tomorrow’s contest with Young Boys, he was asked where the defeat ranked in terms of disappointing moments in his career.
“Top. Top probably. I have never been in a final myself so that was my first one.
“It was interesting and not a nice way to lose with it being against our biggest rivals as well.
“Luckily the games keep coming around and we’ve got another one to look forward to tomorrow.”
Kamara finished last season very strongly but this time around he has struggled a little bit to impose himself on the team.
Potential
Boss Steven Gerrard has used the midfield maestro sparingly this season, with Kamara starting just eight league games.

He has started all five Europa League games, however, with the Gers on the cusp of reaching the knockout stages.
The battle for midfield places is strong at Ibrox. Ryan Jack has been a standout, with Steven Davis, Joe Aribo and Kamara all battling for shirts.
Given the length of the season, Gerrard will need all his players at various points and he will hope Kamara can reach his peak again.
At 24, Kamara can still be considered as one for the future and he is still one of the most exciting talents within the Rangers ranks.
