Rangers fans wowed by Kemar Roofe in win over Dundee United

Rangers continued their dominance at the top of the Scottish Premiership with a 2-1 win over Dundee United. Steven Gerrard’s men now sit 15 points clear at the summit ahead Celtic’s game later.

The Gers won the game thanks to goals from James Tavernier and Connor Goldson, with Liam Smith scoring for the hosts.

It was Kemar Roofe who attracted praise, however, after an eye-catching display in attack for Rangers.

The player who checked in from Anderlecht during the summer was his typically energetic self and looks like a solid piece of business by the Ibrox-based club.

Roofe cost and he has to be viewed as something of a coup for a team playing in the Scottish Premiership.

The 27-year-old looked in fine form for Rangers, despite not being able to add to his eight goals for the Glaswegian outfit.

Roofe upstaged Alfredo Morelos and on current form it won’t be long before he is the main man at Ibrox.

Following this afternoon’s game supporters were unanimous in their praise for the former Leeds United player.

Here is what supporters having been saying about Roofe’s performance during their latest win.
