Southampton are ready to launch a late January move for Birmingham City striker Che Adams, .

Keen to bolster his attacking options, Ralph Hasenhuttl has identified Adams as a top target, given his impressive form this season.

With 14 goals and three assists for the Blues this term, the 22-year-old is enjoying his most fruitful campaign for date.

This brings his total tally to 30 goals in 105 games for Birmingham, after he scored 15 times in 55 games for Sheffield United.
