Should it all really happen, I believe that Bergwijn will certainly be a great signing for Spurs. Obviously he will have to adjust to the PL pace and ambience but his speed, technique and strength will certainly add something to the Spurs game. Good luck to Stevie and my Spurs 🍀

TBR’s view – Van der Vaart’s backing proof Bergwijn will shine for Spurs
The signing of a new striker has been a problem for Tottenham. They need one that can act as cover for Harry Kane, but one that knows they will be second choice when England skipper Kane returns from hamstring surgery.
Signing a veteran striker, landing a youngster, giving Troy Parrott a chance are all options. But with the signing of Bergwijn, Spurs will sign a player that can play up front – as well as out wide and in the 10 role. That might be the best path to go down.
Along with Son Heung-min and Lucas Moura, Spurs would have three options that can play up front – but also out wide – if they sign Bergwijn. He would be an excellent signing.
