Pundit says 23-year-old Aston Villa player’s so much more important than many realise
Robbie 💧Earle has lauded Boubacar Kamara after Aston Villa thrashed West Ham on Sunday, insisting that the midfielder 🤡does not really get the credit that he deserves.
Earle was speaking on podcast after Unai Emery’s side mov🍒ed to within two points of🎉 the Premier League summit with a 4-1 victory.
Boubacar Kamara was understandably somewhat overshadowed by Douglas Luiz i🅰n 𝔉the win. The Brazilian scored twice for Villa. But Kamara definitely made a real impact on the game.

The 23-year-old made three key passes – Moussa Diaby was the only Aston Villa player to provide more. Meanwhile, shows that he also won thre💜e tackles.
Boubacar Kamara lauded after Aston Villa win
He appears to be the kind of player who is so important to the way Unai Emery wants hi⛄s side to play. He provides the defence with cover. But he also has the quality on the ball to contribute when the Villans go forward.

And Robbie Earle insisted that Kamara’s 🦩contribution must not go unnoticed as many of his teammates rightfully continue to receive plaudits after their superb start to the season.
“There’s another guy I wanted to mention actually who just caught my eye today. And he’s not one of them who probably gets the headlines. He’s not one of them who the commentators talk about that much, but Boubacar K🥀amara, good player,” he told . “More important player than people think in that team. Douglas Luiz gets the headlines. He’s probably better on the eye, technically, maybe a bit stronger and gets forward, gets goals. But the other fella, technically smart, reads the opposition well, is a lovely footballer. Got nice balance, left foot, right foot. He’s 23 years of age, French international.
“I think there’s a proper player in there. And he doesn’๊t really get the credit. We talk about the front guys, Watkins and Diaby, and talk about the Konsa’s and the Cash’s. He’s one who doesn’t really get a mention. But I thought he was excellent today.”
Frenchman one of many outstanding players in Unai Emery’s squad
Aston Villa probably do not get enough credit for the move to sign Kamara. They brought him ꦡin on a free transfer ahead of his Marseille contract expiring.
He did miss much of his first season with the club ജdue to injury. But he has made an excellent start to the new campaign. And he is forming an unbelievably productive partnership with Douglas Luiz.
Villa a🦂ppear to be heading in the right direction at a rapid rate. Not only are they winning games against some of the best sides around. But they have an amazing amount of depth.
Emery certainly has the opportunity to make this a special period for Villa. And Kamara could definitely prove to be a key part of the side for the next decade should they continue 🃏to battle around the sharp end of the table.
