Pundit names the Arsenal player who looked ‘irritated’ against Chelsea on Sunday
Arsenal dropped points for the fourth Premier League game running at the weekend as they drew 1-1 with Chelsea.
This has undoubtedly been a frustrating run of form for Arsenal, and it’s taking its toll on everyone at the club.
Indeed, the frustration at Arsenal appears to be brewing right now, and according to Mario Melchiot, speaking on the , one Arsenal player in particular looked annoyed against Chelsea at the weekend.
Indeed, Melchiot noted that Ben White looked like he was getting irritated as he struggled to contend with Pedro Neto down the flank.

Ben White looked frustrated against Chelsea
Melchiot spoke about White and how he looked like he was getting annoyed in this game.
The pundit noted that White usually doesn’t have these kinds of problems, but he says he looked rather unstable defensively in this game.
“I felt like Chelsea needed to go for them, and let them know that if they’re weaker on that side and White isn’t playing well, normally White doesn’t have a problem with anyone who is quick and he can handle it, but in this game he was unstable and he even got irritated, they should’ve gone for it,” Melchiot said.
What Mikel Arteta has said about Ben White’s personality
It’s almost strange hearing this said about Ben White of all players.
Indeed, the right-back has a reputation of being a largely unflappable player.
In fact, Mikel Arteta has previously spoken about how good White is at dealing with pressure.
“I think he has a big personality, I think he copes with pressure really well, he has a lot of quality, he gives us different positions and he’s been a key player for us,” Arteta said.
Meanwhile, White also has a reputation of being a bit of a wind-up merchant in his own right, so it is surprising to see the England international getting so flustered in a game.
Arsenal are under a lot of pressure at the moment after a poor run of form, and it’s fair to say that some of their players are feeling the heat.
