PSG now want to sign ‘extraordinary’ player after claims Tottenham have made a bid
It now seems as if Tottenham Hotspur may have competition from Paris Saint-Germain in order to secure a key summer signing.
Ange Postecoglou’s side have already fought off competition from some of Europe’s most famous sides to secure their January signings.

Radu Draugsin eventually chose Spurs over a move to Bayern Munich, and Lucas Bergvall also had interest from Barcelona to consider.
Fortunately, Postecoglou is now building a project that has rich potential, and a considerable amount of pull.
It even seemed at a point as if Harry Kane was second-guessing his departure last summer, just weeks after beginning work with the new Spurs boss.
And with that being said, PSG have now registered their interest in Frenkie de Jong, who Tottenham supposedly made a bid for.
Spanish outlet shared the news of PSG’s interest recently, which is understandable given the Dutchman’s rich ability.
There’s no doubt that De Jong would represent a key signing for Tottenham this summer, a player who would instantly become the club’s strongest midfielder, and a flagship of the Postecoglou era.

Although the deals for Dragusin and Bergvall were difficult to conclude, Spurs would surely have to step their game up further to sign the Barcelona man.
The La Liga side are said to be getting very concerned about De Jong’s contract situation, which could lead to an exit in the near future.

And it’s clear that whoever signs the ‘extraordinary’ midfielder would be hugely in luck, especially if he’s played in the correct role.
There are few better progressive passers in world football right now, and the Dutchman would offer something different to the likes of Pape Matar Sarr or Yves Bissouma at Tottenham.
Perhaps Spurs fans will be dreaming of a future in which Lucas Bergvall is playing alongside Frenkie de Jong in North London.
And with that in mind, Swedish media have now been reacting to Bergvall’s performance for Djurgarden in a cup match yesterday.
