Predicted lineup: Gil and Rodon to come in as two of nine changes for Tottenham vs Wolves
Tottenham take on Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Carabao Cup third round on Wednesday.
This will be Nuno Espirito Santo’s second trip back to his former club having only left last season.
After winning there 1-0 in the league in August, Spurs are set for a return to Molineux in the cup.
Having been taken apart by Chelsea on the weekend, the Lilywhites are likely to ring the changes.
Goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini will step in for Hugo Lloris, whilst the whole back four is also set to change.
Eric Dier and Cristian Romero should get a break, with Davinson Sanchez and Joe Rodon ready to step in.

Ben Davies and Matt Doherty should also feature at full-back.
In midfield we expect the academy graduates Oliver Skipp and Harry Winks to start in a three.
Alongside them should be Giovani Lo Celso, dropping into a deeper midfield role than he played in vs Chelsea.
Then, in attack, Harry Kane should start centrally having been non-existent in a wide role on Sunday.
On either side of Kane will be Bryan Gil, the Lilywhites’ exciting winger and a returning Lucas Moura.
The Brazilian limped off against Rennes last Thursday but it doesn’t seem that was a lasting injury.
He should be back for Wolves with his direct running and ability to beat a man.
Wolves are certainly no pushovers.
They’ll be just as keen to bounce back from a weekend defeat as Tottenham are.
Nuno managed to get it right the first time against Wolves so hopefully he can do so once again on Wednesday.
However, the Lilywhites will have to be so much better than they were on Sunday if they’re to get anything from the game.
