Pontus Jansson reacts to Kalvin Phillips’s Instagram post after Leeds win

Pontus Jansson was amongst the promotion rivals to reply to Kalvin Phillips’s Instagram post following Leeds United’s excellent win over Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.

The midfielder curled a delicious free-kick into the top corner. And while Blackburn would hit back with a superb set-piece of their own shortly after the interval, Mateusz Klich would soon ensure that Leeds picked up the three points.

Leeds fans would have been forgiven for being somewhat surprised by Phillips’s strike.

Phillips responded to Jansson after the centre-back joked about the 24-year-old’s lack of goals in recent times.
