‘Please no’: Some Spurs fans beg club to avoid reported ‘underwhelming’ £30.5m-rated signing
Tottenham have reportedly made an approach for Cagliari midfielder Nahitan Nandez.
, the north London club have made a move to sign the 25-year-old South American talent. Leeds United and Inter Milan are also interested in Nandez.
As , Cagliari are open to selling the Uruguayan international for £30.5m. Nandez has established himself as one of the Serie A side’s top players in recent years.

The former Boca Juniors star is naturally a central midfielder. However, Nandez has found plenty of success with Caligari playing as a right-wing back in a 3-5-2 formation.
Indeed, this versatility is why the likes of Marcelo Bielsa are interested in Nandez. However, Spurs appear to have made the first move for the midfielder.
Whilst two big clubs are also keen on Nandez, some Spurs fans on social media are not eager on the signing of the 25-year-old.

Here’s what some Tottenham fans had to say about the club making an approach to sign Nandez on Twitter…

Please no Uruguayans. They're the most overrated players, especially in the mid. Just like Argentinians
