Player Tottenham signed for £15m now sends two-word message to Eric Dier after Bayern debut
It’s certainly not a surprise that one or two of a Tottenham Hotspur persuasion have been happy to see Eric Dier make his Bayern Munich debut.
Dierꦐ departed Spurs on good terms, a player who always remained extremely professional despite his tough situation.

Prior to Ange Postecoglou’s💮 arrival, Dier had been a crucial stalwart of Tottenham’s team, a player the likes of Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte leaned on during their tenures.
🍌However, Postecoglou saw the need for change, and his decision has been justified.
💯Of course, that’s not to say that a player of Dier’s ability can’t go on to achieve elsewhere.
✃And following his Bayern Munich debut last night, he’s already doing exactly that.
Whilst Harry Kaneไ started the 1-0 win against Union Berlin, Dier was on the bench watching on.
♚However, when Dayot Upamecano was injured, Dier played the entire second half, maintaining an important clean sheet.
Thomas Tuchel was very impressed with his performance🐓, one that could lead to an extended run in the side.
💦And Dier’s Bayern debut also caught the eye of one of his old Tottenham teammates.
Matt Doherty sends message to former Tottenham teammate Eric Dier after Bayern debut
🀅Following his second half performance last night, Dier took to to celebrate his new horizon.
🙈The defender shared a photo from the game with a caption of: “So happy and proud to have made my debut for this club and at [home].

“Even better with a win and clean sheet.”
🦂And whilst it seemed that Bayern fans were delighted with their new signing on debut, Dier’s old Tottenham teammate was too.
🍎Perhaps Matt Doherty’s move to Spurs didn’t quite go as planned, but the duo still shared some fond memories in North London.
And Dohertyꦏ displayed his happiness for Dier in his new setting with a comment saying: “Let’s gooooo.”

Dier initially joined Bayern on a six-month loan deal, which will cover the remainder of his Tottenham contract.
♍And it’ll certainly be interesting to see which direction the defender’s career goes in following this loan when he will then be a free agent.
That being said, it seems as if Tottenham are now keen to loan another player out this month.
