Tottenham Hotspur may have suffered another injury blow after Steven Bergwijn was pictured with strapping and ice on his ankle last night.
Another worry
Tottenham have had a rather disastrous international break, with a number of their players now in doubt for the weekend.
Heung-Min Son and Oliver Skipp have both limped out of games, while Bergwijn also seems to be struggling with a knock.
There was no clue as to whether Bergwijn was going to be ruled out for a lengthy period of time with a problem.
However, the image will cause concern around Tottenham as they prepared to face Crystal Palace.
Bergwijn shines
Bergwijn has been a key player under Nuno so far, with his pace proving to be key on the counter attack.
The powerful forward may not have chipped in with goals yet, but there is no doubting that he has aided Tottenham in transition.

Spurs are also set to be without Davinson Sanchez, Cristian Romero and Giovani Lo Celso this weekend, which means Spurs’ task of keeping up their winning streak will be made even more difficult.
Bergwijn did post on Instagram, but he did not mention any injury problem – which may be encouraging.
But it may be that Spurs fans don’t find out whether the attacker will be ruled out until Thursday, when Nuno has his press conference.
