Phil Hay discusses chances Leeds could sign three players, including £18m-rated Rangers sensation

Phil H🔯ay has discussed potential new wingers on , namedroppin🎉g three players – but ruling out a move for Marco Asensio. Bizarre reports suggested Leeds could look at the Spaniard, but Hay has ruled that out. Instead, he discusses Dan James, Noa Lang and Ryan Kent.

The Whites have brought in Jack Harrison for a fee of £15million after three seasons on loan. Jun🗹ior Firpo has replaced Gjanni Alioski at left-back. Kristoffer Klaesson has been drafted in for Kiko Casilla. Amari Miller, Sean McGurk and Lewis Bate have joined the club’s Under-23 side.

But Leeds are still believed to be in the market for a midfielder – after missing out on Conor Gallagher – and a winger. James and Kent have been linked in previous windows, £18m-rated Kent remains a target. Lang is also an option, according to Hay.

“Asensio? I’d be very surprised. The links to Dan James and Noa Lang are far 👍more realistic, assuming Leeds take the plunge and buy another wide player,” “Don’t discount Ryan Kent at Rangers either. That interest goes back a long way.”

Kent, Lang or James for Leeds?

Manchester United winger James has shown glimpses of quality in the Premier League. A decent option, his incredible pace is a threat. But his arrival would be underwhelming given he is now a United player. Lang is an exciting talent, after shining in Club Br🐈ugge’s title-winning 🌜season.

But he has only done it in Belgian footb✱all. Unlike James, he is yet to have any Premier League experience. But surely, the best option is Kent. Starring for Rangers in European football and helping them win the Scottish Premiership last season, £18million is a good price for the ex-Liverpool star.
