Peter Crouch says Leeds have an absolutely ‘fantastic’ player in their ranks
Leeds United ace Jack Harrison has been praised by BT Sport pundit Peter Crouch, who thinks the Whites on-loan man is “fantastic” and “integral” to Marcelo Bielsa’s plans.
The 24-year-old has come a long way since first arriving at Elland Road back in 2018 for his first loan stint in Yorkshire.
Harrison has made 126 appearances for Leeds, registering 18 goals and 20 assists, and this season, he’s featured 36 times, registering 16 goals contributions.
Three of those came in Saturday’s 4-0 hammering of Burnley at Turf Moor as the former England Under-21 international registered one goal and two assists.

The Elland Road outfit took the lead on the stroke of half time as Mateusz Klich curled home from the edge of the area.
Leeds turned the screw in the second half and doubled their advantage through Harrison, who steered the ball into the net after Ezgjan Alioski’s effort looked set to go out.
The Manchester City loanee then provided two assists for substitute Rodrigo to cap off a resounding victory for Bielsa and co.
The Spaniard chipped the ball over Bailey Peacock-Farrell for his first before rounding the former Leeds man for the visitors’ fourth.
Crouch was asked on BT Sport (15/5/21, 2:30pm) whether he felt Harrison should be in contention for a place in the England squad ahead of the Euros.
“I don’t see why not,” he said. “I’ve watched Leeds a fair bit this season and every time I watch him he has an impact.
“He was the best player on the pitch for me today and every time he got the ball he was running up and he does his defensive work very well, so I think he has to be in with a shout.”

Crouch was then asked whether he agreed with Glenn Hoddle in that Harrison could be good enough for a top-four side.
“I wouldn’t disagree with that – every time I watch Leeds he’s an integral part of what they do,” he replied.
“He’s fantastic on the counter-attack and he has a great combination down that side with Alioski as well, but yeah, he’s been a fantastic player this season for Leeds.”
Up next for Leeds is Tuesday’s trip to Southampton before wrapping up the season with West Brom at Elland Road on Sunday.
