Peter Crouch raves about Tottenham ace Harry Kane and makes prediction about future
Former Tottenham striker Peter Crouch has lavished praise on current star Harry Kane after the 27-year-old scored the winning goal against West Brom.
Crouch was asked about the current hitman for his weekly column and he’s clearly a big fan of the England captain.
Kane took his Tottenham tally to 200 goals from 300 appearances in midweek and added his 201st striker for the club yesterday.

Despite the season being in the relatively early stages, Kane has scored 13 goals and registered 10 assists.
Crouch never quite scaled such meteoric highs during his time in North London but he’s been desperately impressed by Kane.
“The numbers are staggering. He’s got 201 for Tottenham now and he could end up with 300 for the club before he finishes. He’s a certainty to join Alan Shearer and Wayne Rooney in the ‘200 club’ for the Premier League but beating Shearer’s total of 260 will be a tall order.
“Kane is not only Tottenham’s best scorer, but he’s also their best creator. He’s like two men rolled into one. The best compliment I can pay him is that if you wanted someone to take a shot to score from 25 yards to save your life, I’d pick Kane every single day.”
TBR View – Kane stock continues to rise but will he fire Tottenham to silverware?
The Spurs ace continues to see his stock rise and there are plaudits emerging from all angles at the moment.
Tottenham are lucky to have Kane but whether they keep him will surely depend on the club’s ability to win titles.

With Kane in the form of his life and Son Heung-min and Gareth Bale also on the books, there is every possibility that Tottenham might challenge for the title.
With Jose Mourinho in charge, it’d be tough to back against the team lifting silverware in the near future.
The boss might need to do so in order to keep Kane around.
