The transfer windows are always an exciting time if you’re an Arsenal fan. The last few have seen plenty of activity, with the summer seeing the Gunners spend over £130m on new players.

January is now on the horizon and Arsenal, although not expected to break the bank in the window, are still scouting out potential targets. One of which is Aston Villa striker, Ollie Watkins.

That’s according to reports this morning anyway. claim the Villa striker is among a number of strikers the club are looking at. Watkins has impressed once more for Villa this term and is seen as a key player under new manager, Steven Gerrard.
