Patrick Bamford now shares how Leeds United’s players found out Jesse Marsch had been sacked
Patrick Bam🌄ford has now lifted the lid on some details surrounding Jesse Marsch’s sacking at Leeds United last season.
Bamford was speaking on the ‘’ podcast and shared his shock over the way in which the Leeds players were told about Marsch’s departure.

The American had become a polarising figur🥀e at Elland Road, and whilst his sacking wasn’t a surprise, the way in which it was handled cer🌺tainly was.
Speaking on the podcast, : “When Jesse Marsch got sackedꩲ us players found out about it through social media. We didn’t know!”
The presenter repli꧂ed: “Oh, that’s n💫ot normal is it? What normally happens with a sacking?”
Bamford: “Normally there is a note put into the WhatsApp group which juꦛst says the manager has been relieved of his duties, report at this time but it’s not like it’s a shock because sometimes the way it’s going, you know i🌼t’s going that way.
“So that message comes in and sometimꦺes managers come in to say bye and sometimes that’s it, they’re gone.”
Of course, given the chaos that 🥂surrounded Leeds last season, some fans may not be surprised.

Thankfully, Leeds are now proving a much calmer side under the stewardship of Daniel Farke.
Sat third in the Championship table, worries over Patrick Bamford’s fitness or Jesse March’s management are a thing of the past for Leeds.
