Ozan Kabak reportedly has transfer valuation slashed in half, should Tottenham rekindle apparent interest?
that Schalke defender Ozan Kabak could be available at a reduced price. The report suggests that AC Milan made an offer of €20 million (£18m) for the player in the summer which was swiftly rejected by the Gelsenkirchen club. But the report claims that Schalke’s finances have been heavily impacted by the global health crisis and such an offer would now be accepted.
So should Tottenham Hotspur take an interest in a player they have previously been linked with?
that the Turkish international is on Tottenham’s radar and that a fight could be on for his services in the near future.

Liverpool are being linked, as they consider him a potential replacement for the injured Virgil van Dijk.
But Spurs were also in the hunt for new centre-backs in the summer. Tottenham tried to get their hands on Milan Skriniar in the summer but, in the end, they decided to make a move for young Swansea defender Joe Rodon as one for the future.
But with Toby Alderweireld not getting any younger and Davinson Sanchez, Eric Dier, and Ben Davies all struggling to avoid individual mistakes, another centre-back will undoubtedly be something that Spurs are investigating.
A bargain price like the one Kabak is going for certainly cannot be ignored and Tottenham are reported to have kept tabs in the past.
He could be a perfect bargain for January to reinforce the centre-back role if Tottenham are still in the hunt for further improvements in that problematic error.
